Booking requests
Submitting a booking request through this website does not confirm a place. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, to confirm availability and arrange payment.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown including VAT, with the equivalent price excluding VAT displayed alongside. The price confirmed at the time your booking is accepted is the price that applies to that booking.
Certification fees
Certification fees set by certification bodies may be included in a package or charged separately. This is confirmed before payment is taken.
Cancellation and transfers
Cancellation and transfer terms are confirmed at the point of booking. Non-attendance without notice may result in the full course fee being retained.
Attendance and conduct
Photographic ID is required on the first day. Appropriate workwear and safety footwear must be worn for practical sessions. We reserve the right to refuse assessment where entry requirements are not met.
